There’s a closet labelled ‘Artifact Storage’ that can be accessed. The Enemy Surveillance device can be found by heading to the Atrium and then into the Classroom area. Head inside and jump over Otto’s counter. It’s opposite the Motherlobe, and can be found by checking the Quarry map if needed. To get the Agent Orientation Laserdisk you will need to head to Otto’s Lab in the Quarry.
